Increase the timeout limit in vCenter Server mention in KB 1005757

Trying to Increase the timeout limit in vCenter Server as mentioned in https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/1005757 but can't see the option to do it in vsphere client Ver 7.0.1, any ideas?

Ciao

As indicated in kb it is not necessary that the config.vpxd.heartbeat.notRespondingTimeout setting is already present, in my case it is not present and therefore I must create it.

Ciao

The images are for vcenter 6.7 but it should be the same for 7.01

Select vCenter --> Configure --> Advanced Settings

Ciao

The image you sent me does not refer to the right place.

You have selected the VM on which the virtual appliance of the vcenter is active

You need to go to Host and cluster, select the vcenter  name (not the vcenter VM), go to configure (on the left) and select advanced settings
