As far as I know there is still no stable Intel microcode for this vulnerability. That's why manufacturer (including Lenovo) did not published patch yet.
Anyway, you should keep your hardware updated at highest possible level.
Of course, I am just attempting to hunt down any patch for this specifically and getting 0 luck. Thanks for confirming my fears.
