Creating Datastores

You give us nothing at all to work with  - this details would help:
- which error-messages do you receive when trying to connect the NFS / iSCSI-servers ?
- can you ping those servers ?
- do you use hostonly or NAT network in Workstation ? - try bridged mode first
- can you rule out any blocking effects of firewalls ?
- do you use Windows or Linux as WQS-host ?
What have you tried already ?
