from my capture, I cannot disconnect the host from vCenter. I try unmange on ESXi but host on vCenter status not response and cannot remove.
And on this status I cannot mange host on vCenter and cannot create new VM. What happan for this case? and How to fix it ?
Try restarting the management agents
This will disconnect and reconnect the host to vcenter then you can remove it if you still need to. If this doesn't work you might have to just restart the server manually, usually when the options are grayed out something is going on. If any of the vms on the host are critical and you have support I suggest opening a case.
I try restart host and vCenter already it still status. but i can mange host by esx web client.
Can you confirm that you've logged on to vCenter Server with an account that has sufficient permissions for that?
André
Restart management agents already suggested.
Restart vCenter and ESXi host already suggested.
I'd try to test the connectivity between host and vCenter:
From the host to VCSA: vmkping -I vmk0 <vcenterip>
Test port: nc -z <vcenterip> <portnumber>
From VCSA to host: curl -v telnet:// <destinationIP>:<portnumber>
Test ports 902, 443
Reconnect to the ESXi host and remove it properly from the vCenter.
Another option would be to restore VCSA from backup or snapshot.
For now, you can manage the host via ESXi host web client.
Lastly open a ticket, if network connectivity is up, it seems like a vCenter cosmetic issue, a VMware engineer will be able to assist you.
I'm logon vCenter with user administrator and just only this host is unmanage.
I checking on host by vcenter at Certificate. it don't have certificate on this host but I cannot renew and refrech on this.
