The title says most of it, but I also should point out that I only 8GB of RAM and will be running Linux distributions that are Debian and Oracle based as well as Windows 10.  It would be nice to have the option to run these machines on 32 bit architecture but not a must.

I'm not understanding what you're asking. For consumer, desktop products you have either VMware Fusion (Mac) or VMware Workstation (PC). There's also a free offering called Workstation Player.
