How to use vMotion in different VSS and datastore with vSphere Standard edition

IHAC who wants to move VM to another host in VSS environment (and from local datastore to a shared datastore).

In that case, do I need vSphere Enterprise plus edition? (for Cross-vSwitch vMotion)

And what is the meaning of cold migration with Cross-vSwitch vMotion in licensing guide document?

'Cross-vSwitch vMotion – Allows cold migration of VMs from one ESXi host server to another, where the hosts exist across different virtual switches.'

You can migrate virtual machines between different standard switches without Enterprise Plus license.
