How to move from standard Virtual Switch to Distributed Virtual Switch having only one NIC?

As stated in the subject I want to know. Whether I can transfer from Standard Virtual Switch to Distributed Virtual Switch having only one NIC and with zero down time.
Please help in this regard.

I don't think you can do this with out downtime. Is your vCenter also running under this host ?

First, with one Uplink you cannot migrate without downtime.

Please advise about the number of hosts and the location of your vCenter server.

I have 4 hosts and Vcenter is running in one of them. I want to move all the hosts to DVS.

If yes you can move VMs from one host to another and change that host from vSS to vDs

No, the VMs are not in shared storage.

In that case you can't move from vSS to vDS without downtime.
