How to get notifications when ESXI 6.5 Free is updated?

I'm fairly new to ESXI and running ESXI 6.5 Update 1 and was curious as to whether or not there is a newer update available. I also have a related question - how can I be notified when an update is available? Email or mobile app notification are what I'm hoping for.
