How to create a VIB for ESXi 7.0 ? VIB Author is deprecated ?

I understand VIB Author i deprecated so con somebody tell me how I can create a VIB for ESXi 7.0 ?

@VMware Can we please get an update on the proper path for developing VIBs? Is there a new tool or document that details the process as a replacement for the VIB Author fling tool?
