How to clone VM ESX 6.7.

I need to clone some VMs on a free ESXi 6.7.0 server.
I thought there was an option in its web control panel, but I can't find it.

Do you have standalone host, right?

I think we cannot clone a VM without VC, but we can copy the.VMX.VMDK and then register it.

By copying the files I can clone the VMs, but how to clone a VM that has snapshots only with the its latest state?
Furthermore, copying vdmk 0001 gives me a General Error and removing snapshots doesn't work.
