How to check the ssd wear indicator

Hi,

we have a number of proliant gen 9 servers running on ssds in a raid 10 config on each host. How do I monitor the wear indicator on the ssds so I can change them berfore they burn out. Besides booting into SSA and checking the wear from the hp tool I can’t find anywhere to find the info in vcenter or vsphere.

any insights are helpful

thanks

You can use the esxcli command to interrogate the SMART data for these drives, although it may be abstracted by the RAID controller. Otherwise, HPE might have a utility which can read this through the controller.
