How to check ESXi purple screen issue?

I have a ESXi host that show purple screen, as the picture show:

I search it on the internet that seem relative to CPU, but, I don't know why.

How to check it?

NMIs are usually hardware failures, most often memory. That said, your host is grotesquely outdated as far as patches are concerned, so you need to bring that up-to-date first.

It may be a hardware issue unless you are using Intel E5xx v3 and v4 CPU

For which you need to update CPU microcode.

PSOD needs to be analysed by VMware as you wont be able to debug it.

This needs VMware to analyze the PSOD dump .Looks like CPU or melanox driver issue.

Remove mlx drivers if not in use. Also please update your ESXi ; you are still on 6.0 GA .
