I have created product environment for Oracle RAC 3nodes on VMware.
DBA is requesting many ASM disks more.
Now, 3 nodes have lot of 130 multi-write disks for ASM.
I am confused by the below KB for using 256 PVSCSI.

Memory: 64GiB capacity or above

Is the KB for only using 256 PVSCSI?
Is not using 255 PVSCSI required 2CPUs with 28 cores & 64GB? and no limit feature?
Is using 128 PVSCSI requested half spec(2CPUs 14 Cores & 32GB) of using 256 PVSCSI?
