How do you check or enable Quick Boot in vSphere 7 Update 3?

We recently upgraded from 67 to 7.0U3 and I noticed the servers were taking long to boot up.  I figured it was because they were upgrades rather than patches being applied, so I paid it no mind, until we had to patch them.  The hosts still did the full HPE BIOS reboot and I don't recall ever disabling Quick Boot from when it worked in 6.7  I don't see the "Quick Boot" label or an enable check box anywhere in Lifecycle Manager (like it was in Update Manager), so how do I check to see the status/compatibility of Quick Boot (since it should be compatible) and enable it once again?  I can't find any documentation with the "how to" of it, just how it works.  Thanks in advance.

Normally, the feature should be enabled on the Remediation Settings from LCM. you have to tick the options.
