Host memory alert incorrect

We have a 2-node vpshere 7U1  cluster with hosts that have 1TB RAM each.

On both hosts the used ram is very low however both of them show an host memory usage alert on vcenter .

What can be causing the false positive ?

Can you explain more in detail?
For example
Have you fully limited the RAM for all or some VMs?

I mean that on each host is logged this error

Actually looking at the hardware state looks like the memory sensor is reporting problems which should not be real 

The server's hardware diagnostics are not reporting any memory error

An iLO firmware upgrade may resolve the issue.

We did update the ILO recently  but there should have been a more recent update.
