So I have just added new storage and am starting the slow process of moving servers over to the new storage. I have moved three severs over and two of them have gone well. They move and boot just fine. the third one looks like it has moved fine to the new storage but on boot, I get a High Memory Usage and it never finishes booting. After I while BSOD shows up saying HAL INITIALIZATION FAILED. All I am doing a storage move not a CPU move.
