Help!! Fail datastore after increase space

Good morning,

I have an environment 4 hosts and MSA disks cabin. The environment works fine with one LUN of 17Tb.

After add a new LUN of 9 Tb, the new capacity worked correctly (27Tb), however, after several minutes the datastore backed to the original capacity storage (17Tb).

However, when we “refresh” the storage show the new storage (27Tb).

But after minutes the datastore backs again to the original storage.

In “Device Backing” shows the configuration correctly.

One of the four hosts of the cluster had mounted the datastore. This host after set up the new space lost the datastore connection. We tried to attach the datastore again without success, however, LUN0 and LUN1

still appear on "storage device".

We checked the hardware an we didn't find any error.

Regards.

This would be a perfect time to open a SR with VMware GSS.

It looks like not all of the ESXi hosts did rescan the storage after the change.

What you may try - unless you've already opened a support call - is to run vmkfstools -V (please note the upper case "-V") from each host's command line.
