GRID K2 vib installed missing "vGPU" when checked with nvidia-smi

Hi all:

trying to setup a test lab using a rather old GPU card - GRID K2; on a Dell R7910 server with 192 GB ram and 2T SSD RAID 1 running ESXi 6.5 U2.

But when I finished all the needed steps for setting up the first Windows 7 test VM and added the "Shared PCI Device", can't boot up the VM - saying that the host resource is insufficient for this operation: "

  • The amount of graphics resource available in the parent resource pool is insufficient for the operation

After fishing for answers, some sites said that the vib that I installed is not right - should have vGPU when I use "esxcli software vib list" when checking the vib status.  But I DID went through the official site and downloaded the vGPU drivers for 6.5 U2.

esxcli software vib list | grep NVI

  ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

No vGPU on the driver - according to some sites, this means that I got the wrong driver for the host.

the driver that I am uploading/installing is:
NVIDIA-vGPU-kepler-VMware_ESXi_6.5_Host_Driver_367.130-1OEM.650.0.0.4598673.vib

And I can't get the vGPU vib anywhere elas for this, where did I do wrong?!

many thanks in advance.
