I need some help to figure out how many GHz (if there is an average) does a 1vCPU consumes. I have an application that needs 2 vCPU and the customer is asking for the GHz that this application will consume, but I don't know since I have not test it before. So I was wondering if VMware has some kind of equivalence between vCPU and GHz
Similarly, I will install the vRealize Operations OVF appliance and I have the vCPUs required and the customer asked the same question about the GHz consumption.
It's for a goverment customer. They have strict regulations about the applications that are installed in their infraestructure, so I need to know if there is any way to estimate the GHz consumption.
