If you have ever had to manually upload a product log bundle for VMware Technical Support to troubleshoot a support request, you know it can be a lengthy, sometimes frustrating, process. Using Skyline Log Assist, you don’t have to upload your log file bundles manually anymore. Log Assist allows Skyline to automatically upload your log bundles (with your approval) to VMware Technical Support so our engineers can begin troubleshooting your issue right away. We will also be highlighting several new Skyline features, including Upgrade Recommendations, analysis timestamps and Integrations.
