Few hosts are getting flagged with errors in our monitoring tool

We are trying out some monitoring tools and after adding our esx host servers a few of them seem to be getting flagged with errors at random periods through out the day.  It's not specific to a single server at a certain time.  I'm not really sure what this means and was hoping for some clarification:

"Renamed Termserv10 from Termserv10 to /vmfs/volumes/57daaa25-7e62bfe2-9946-34e6d7b8cc68/Termserv10/Termserv10.vmx in ha-datacenter"

I get what it's saying but I'm wondering if this is something I should be looking into or just make a rule exception in the monitoring tool.

It really depends on your operations. That message is stating the current name of the VM does not match the VMX and other files to which it corresponds. You can either ignore the alert, or perform a storage vMotion to a different datastore to eliminate the error.
