Feature request DRS rule groups for hosts/datastorecluster and vms/datastoreclusters

Now there is only DRS rule groups for vm/hosts.  Today with the datastoresluters it would be really handy if there will be a DRS rule group for hosts/datastoreclusters and vms/dataastoreclusters
