Fault Tolerance problem 6.7

Hi Vmware,

I am running into an Issue with fault tolerance.

Whenever I turn on fault tolerance on a machine that has windows server 2016 installed, I eventually get a timeout error.

I have a seperate vMotion stack and was able to ping between the hosts continually between the hosts (10.10.0.X/24)

I have a seperate Fault Tolerance Logging NIC. And was also able to ping between the hosts continually. (172.16.10.X/24)

Both the links are 1 Gbit. I was told that this shouldn't be a problem.

Ping Commands:

ping -S vmotion 10.10.0.202 -c 1000

ping 172.16.10.202 -c 1000

VM Specs:

2vCPU's tried 1 aswell no difference.

4GB ram

tried different sizes of vDisk issue persists.

Setup at the moment:

vCenter 6.7 running on a separate Machine (Windows) Evaluation License

2x ESXI 6.7 hosts both identical with 2x 6130 xeon golds and 128gb ram

Storage is shared using a MSA2050 directly attached SAS cables.

I do have a dedicated 1gbit nic for FT and Vmotion. I noticed recommended is 10Gbit but I cannot even get the VM to boot. I was told I should just get an Bandwith error if its a bandwith problem.
