Failed to upgrade from VCSA 7.0.0.10700 build 16749653 to 7.0.1, build 16858589

Hello,

I was doing an upgrade from VCSA 7.0.0.10700 build 16749653 to 7.0.1 build 16858589, but it ended in failure and now vCenter is not starting(please, see picture "crashed vCenter Service.PNG")

crashed vCenter Service.PNG

vCenter UI shows the following error(please, see "vCenter ui.PNG")

vCenter ui.PNG

and everything is grayed out.

In vCenter Server Management the page shows that the product version is old before the update (please, see picture "vCenter Management.PNG")

vCenter Management.PNG

, but the logs show that vCenter has a new version

I looked at vpxd.log and full log is:
