Failed to configure SR-IOV for device Intel Corporation 82599EB 10-Gigabit SFI/SFP+ Network Connecti

We can't activate the SR-IOV for the intel PCI adapter.

 I have the same issue whit the Emulex LightPulse LPe16000 PCIe Fibre Channel Adapter. Can give me some help?

First of all, make sure your NIC is compatible for SR-IOV.
