Failed - Module 'DevicePowerOn' power on failed

Hi,

I'm trying to start a Linux VM with two PCI devices added to it.

Both of them are set as passthrough:

This is the error when I try to power on the VM:

That same machine was OK when I used ESXi 5.5 before. We had to update the server to ESXi 6.5U2 (the last version accepted by that server HP ML350 Gen9).

Any ideas?
