External PSC upgrade method 6.5u1b to 6.5u1e

Good Evening

I stuck up with a issue to deploy a OVF from VCSA 6.5u1b which has an external PSC. it was advised to me to upgrade the  VCSA to  VCSA 6.5u1b or u1e.

I don have internet connectivity from none of my prod servers due to security restrictions so the vcenter doenot have internet access. so i downloaded the u1e iso and kept it in a datastore.

however i dont find any way how to upgrade the external psc from u1b to u1e as there is no steps explains the same. all the discussion, topics are related embedded psc.

So i need someone to provide a link or explain to overcome this issue and doubt.

You'll need to download the patch from the patch repo and mount it to the PSC. Go into the VAMI and change the location to ISO and check for updates. It should then see the update and apply the patches.
