Esxi Host - Not Responding

Hi Team,

May I ask if someone ever encountered half of the host in the cluster got a Not-Responding state after one of the switch get rebooted. The Not-Responding state still occurs and get only fixed by having a reboot.

My environment have the following:

**Layer 3 - 2 Core Switches

**Layer 2 - 2 Pass Thru Switches

**Layer 2 - 6(2/4) STP Network Switches

**ESXI Host connected to STP Network

For VMware Network Config

**Route based on NIC Load

**2 Active Uplinks / No standby uplinks

I have 8 clusters 10 host each all connected to the STP network switches, since we encounter an error on 1 of the Layer 2 pass thru switches, we manage to transfer the network passing to that pass to switch to another Pass thru switch, to reboot the switch 1 on the Layer 2 pass thru switch, when we transfer to another Layer 2 switch, we encountered an Error that the host isolation address was missing, so we decided to put it back to the orignal switch after it completes the reboot. After the migration back of everything half of the host in every cluster was in Not-Responding state.

Any comments about it Team.
