Esxi 6.7 running from sdcard

Hello,

I'm trying to find what is the reason of this high latency

pastedImage_0.png

From what i can see with esxtop it appear time to time that the sd card device have dvag values arround the 40 ms as reported in the pic.

I boot the esxi from sdcard and i have the logs moved to a datastore, so what could be write in the sdcard that can made that latency so high?

It could be avoid? Can we have the graph without a "generic" latency value (that in this case i'm assuming is from sdcard i don't know if wrong or not)

Thanks

Well... That is what I do... Like I refer in the post...

I checked the graph with esxitop and the 40ms appear to be from the sdcard.

The question still... What is cause the response time so high in the sdcard? Isn't supposed the esxi don't write I the sdcard?

Shouldn't the graph show latency per device instead ( I assume) a global value for all the devices?
