Esxi 6.7 & HP DL380 g10 LOM - Status of other host hardware object ALERT

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

New HPE DL380 G10 with the Lan On Motherboard HPE 331T 4 port NIC.   I have 2 ports occupied and 2 ports disconnected, meaning there are no network cables connected to ports 3 & 4.

vSphere is show as those ports in a warning state which his generating an Alert for the cluster.

ILO on the server shows everything being good!?

Unfortunately I have not found a way to disable the ports in BIOS but have been scratching my head as to why vsphere would throw out a warning on 2 unused network ports.

Any insight or assistance would be appreciated.

Looks like this is known issue wherein the devices that are missing will be reported as warning. Might be fixed in the upcoming releases. Until then, you might have to live with the alarm or disable it -

SupreetK  is  right

I have the same problem.

Someone said that the way to solve the problem is to change iLO5 Firmware version 1.3 to 1.2.
