Errror Uploading to Datastore

Trying to upload files to datastore and getting this annoying message...

Are you by any chance able to see at what percentage the file upload fails?

Yes and it varies.  Gets as high as 42% sometimes

Hmm oke, that's weird. It shouldn't start at all if there is any network connectivity issues.

Did you try to upload the file through the ESXi host itself? Does that work (all the time?)?

Hmm oke weird. So that way we now know that the vCenter is not part of the problem, atleast so it seems.

Can you have a look at the following logs and look if there is anything in it while/during the error?

hostd.log
vmkernel.log
vmkwarning.log

 I'm curious if anything is in there.

Also, you might want to do a packet capture (https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/2051814) to see if you see anything out of the ordinary.
