Error Failed to attach filter esx_splitter

After migrating a VM between hosts and storage the vm does not start with the following error

Failed to attach filter 'esx_splitter' to scsi:0.0 not found

Might it be related to a replication software ?

Hi @sc_21111 ,

Seems like an issue with EMC recoverpoint splitter module that is not available on destination host.

If the module is not being used, you can uncomment the splitter from VM configuration --> https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/2125133
