Email alert: Invalid message content, contains bare linefeeds

Hi! I set alarm on the vCenter 6.5 to send email.

It send the email to a smtp relay (IIS6) then to Exchange Online.

My problem is that when Exchange Online receive the email it is rejected because:

{LED=554 5.6.0 Invalid message content, contains bare linefeeds};{MSG=}

Is there a way to change the content of the alarm? Or is there something else I can do?

Can you not send the email to Exchange directly

I can only set the smtp address on vSphere, I cannot set a user/password and tls to connect to Exchange.
Unless there's a secret settings?

Well, I tested again and now I received the alarm!!  Not sure what happened!

I'm testing our new vsan servers, and we want to know how it react when there's a HD crash. Last week I didn't received any email, but this time I receive 6 alarms!
