EVC and Cross vcenter vmotion

Hi Guys

we are planning to migrate our production VMs from a Vsphere cluster 6.0 u3 managed by a vcsa 6.0 u3 to a new cluster 6.7 u3 managed by a vcsa 6.7 u3 trough cross vcenter migration feature.

The source cluster is intel xeon E5xx family based with no EVC configured , the new destination is intel Platinum 82xx based.

Can I use hot vmotion migration with this configuration ? should I configure EVC on destination cluster?

No action is required on the cluster located in the source cluster. However, you need to turn on EVC in the environment with Platinum CPU. So you can carry out the migration.
