ESXi hypervisor web client

Using 6.7 is unbearably slow. WIndows 2008 R2 seems ok, and even Windows 7 to an extent, but Windows XP 32-bit is really bad perforamce wise in ESX6.7, so i'm looking for which version i can go back to of Hypervisor that still has an integrated web client..

When i do issue an 'extop' command from EXSI shell, I see why ... "System' is 98% always.

O'm seen Fing's page, but not sure if you need vSphere standalone client installed irto to upload, older versions...

Basically looking for ways to make it more convenient already in browser... perhaps going back to 6,5, or further..

I tried installing Hypervisor 5.5, but i guess i need to use remote console from VMWare to do this..... It's not  solution for me..

What do people use now if they experience slow performance, ? Is standalone version really go better one ?

I installed  ESXi6.5, and seems Windows XP is slightly better

Also, when downgrading Hardware Version, by editing .VMX file, is there a performance degradation vs using Vmware Converter to (i'm assuming is also this converts .vmdk,, not just editing vmx manually ? ) or is just different ways = but same performance?
