ESXi NOOB networking problem

Hi experts.

Im a beginner with ESXi.

I have ESXi 6.5.0 installed on my home lab server. See details bottom.

My problem is network adapter. I cannot seem to make it work.

My first try was with non HCL supported adapters (Realtek 8169 NIC)

And now I bought supported network adapter (HP NC364T Quad Port NIC PCI-E)

Result is completely the same:

- adapter has driver installed (ne1000)

- ESXi recognizes if adapter is up/down

- it is possible to ping ip address (if vmk is set-up) from ESXi host but no traffic goes "to outside of host"

- No ping to VM's that have this adapter attached is possible from outside network.

Any ideas

Regards fefox
