ESXi 6.7u3 - LSI CIM provider stops working after installing esx-nsxv (nsx-v vxlan vib)

Hi,

I have an ESXi server with an LSI 9261-8i raid card, the CIM provider was working fine on ESXi 6.5u1, then i upgraded to 6.7u3 and stopped working, no information shows up, and on the logs i can see the process crashes:

2022-04-27T11:26:21.033Z info hostd[2098649] [Originator@6876 sub=SysCommandPosix opID=esxui-2a5c-7eb5 user=root] ForkExec(/etc/init.d/sfcbd-watchdog) 2100550
--> value = "/bin/sfcbd"
--> value = "/var/core/sfcb-LSIESG_SMI-zdump.001"
2022-04-27T11:26:38.279Z info hostd[2099366] [Originator@6876 sub=Vimsvc.ha-eventmgr] Event 107 : An application (/bin/sfcbd) running on ESXi host has crashed (1 time(s) so far). A core file might have been created at /var/core/sfcb-LSIESG_SMI-zdump.001.

So i installed 6.7u3 from scratch, then installed the CIM provider and it shows the raid card information.

Then i install nsx-v vxlan vib and reboot, and the LSI CIM provider stops working again, keeps crashing.

Anyone seen this behavior before?
