Any clues as to what NIC ports are in your system?

  1. ESXi is designed for enterprise-class hardware, not consumer gaming hardware. While some consumer-class hardware "works" it is very limited. This isn't the right platform on which to run ESXi.
  2. This motherboard uses the Realtek RTL8111H NIC which isn't officially supported and doesn't even have a community-supported driver.

Bottom line:  This isn't going to work with ESXi. Consider running VMware Workstation instead.

Hi,

You need to download the .vib driver and create the customized Esxi 6.7 image

The Realtek driver is not present in the original ISO image.

I am having the same problem on my machine, I tried adding the community drivers but I am still having the same problem. Was anyone able to get this working?

Thanks
