It means you can use HW version 14 starting from vSphere 6.7 and later (Which will include 6.7 U1 as well) , earlier Vmware update HW version with version release like you can see list is 5.0, 5.1, 5.5, 6.0, 6.5 (There's no new HW with any Ux) but this time they has changed it with U2 of 6.7.
