ESXi 6.5 VMKernel locked

I have created a small issue for myself and my class mates. I was wondering if someone might have some insight or experience with this. There is a management port set on VMNic0 with a VMKernel address 172.16.32.9/27. I was trying to figure out how to use Vmotion to move a VM to another ESXi server and I had read that you need to have them on the same network. We had a dummy port group with another VMKernel that had a Windows private address, so I changed that to 172.16.32.253 intending to put the 2 ESXi hosts outside our regular network range so it didn't interfere with anything. As soon as I hit apply the server was unresponsive, the 172.16.32.9 address does not connect. However, I can still ping it, just no vCenter connections.

Is there anyway to get on the console and remove the VMKernel that messed it?

That worked out perfectly, I simply needed to enable SSH then putty into the address and I was able to view and change all the VMs, NIC, portgroups, VMKernels and everything. Thanks for the help!
