ESXi 5.5 remote shutdown VM when host is inaccessible and guest has no remote access?

Hi,

I have a host server that is locked up at the console and refuses SSH connection. It is pingable and all the VMs remained up. On it I have one VM left that does not allow remote access. Is there any way to cleanly shut down the VM via SSH from another host on the same cluster and shared storage, or any other way to shut it down remotely? (I shut down all the other VMs on this host that did allow remote access and re registered them on another host.)

Thanks

You might be out of luck here.

If the console is frozen, SSH doesn't work, the connection to vCenter is down and directly to host via vSphere client is down then I don't think there is anything else left to try unless someone else has any ideas?

They used remote access tools (RDP / SSH etc) but the last VM does not have such remote tools available.
