ESXI6.0U3 network issue

Hi,

I use ESXI6.0 on DELL R630 with lof of Linux VMs

I have the following problem with my network. Sometime (randomely) I have a link down .

I found on VMware website this ticket that explain the same issue that I have: VMware Knowledge Base

This week end I add the patch 6.0U3 and this morning, the problem accours again.

Below my vmkernel.log

find below details to update firmware on Dell server .

To update the firmware via Lifecycle Controller:

Start Lifecycle Controller by pressing <F10> at system start.

In the left pane, click Firmware Update .

In the right pane, click Launch Firmware Update .

Select any one of these update repositories: FTP Server, Local Drive (CD, DVD, or USB), or Network Share (CIFS, NFS, or HTTP), and click Next. The Enter Access Details page is displayed.

Type or select the appropriate data.

Click Next. The Select Updates page is displayed with the catalog file, catalog version, and component names for which the updates are available.

Select the components that require an update, and then click Apply. The update process is initiated and the firmware update is completed. After a restart, the system is ready to use.
