ESXI Update Issues Remediation Failed host returns esxupdate error codes -1

Attempting to install Updates using VCenter VCSA.
ESXI 6.7.0 Build 17098360

When remediating only 1 host I get the following error in my /var/log/esxupdate.log

I have attempted the following;

Reviewing boot.cfg a and bootbanks. Both seem to be good to go.
Confirmed that VCenter can update other hosts.
Confirmed that HW is good to go.

No, We are using M.2 Drives and HDDs

All of which check out as still being good to go.
