This is the Pink Screen of Death or PSOD, like the windows BSOD.
More background information would be required here. Like the frequency of PSOD faced on same host, any recent hardware or software changes performed w.r.t VMware environment, any other information you think might be important to share.
Also, PSOD dump has been saved as per error screenshot. Better get it checked through VMware Technical Support, in parallel.
