ESXI 7.0.2 - vpxa cannot restart

my node esxi 7.0.2 cannot restart the process vpxa.

/etc/init.d/vpxa restart
watchdog-vpxa: Unable to terminate watchdog: No running watchdog process for vpxa
sh: can't kill pid 2100453: No such process

the process 2100453 exist, but is not killable

kill -9 2100453
sh: can't kill pid 2100453: No such process

I used the command "services.sh restart" but the vxpa isn't restart

Now. My VCSA has a disconnected node.
Only solution I have in front of me is the restart of the node, with force poweroff of the hosted vm.

This is not the first time this problem has happened to me.

Anyone know how to force restart the service without restarting the server?

Is there any storage network connectivity issue? or network connectivity issue?
