ESXI 6.0 problems with USB3.0 on WIN7 GUEST OS

HI Guys,

I have a problem with Windows7 and the USB 3.0

I know that natively does not support the USB 3.0 in Windows 7.

But I have seen articles in which you can install the driver HXCI in Windows 7 to recognize me the Driver.

My steps to run the configuration HXCI are these:

Configure the MV by adding the HXCI driver and the external disk device. That works for me correctly, but when I try to install the Intel HXCI driver in Windows 7 I get the error  "this system does not meet the minimum requirements for software installation "

My server is a HP Proliant Gen10 360 from the Intel Xeon Silver family

Does anyone have or know that driver would need exactly for this Intel family? Because I tried to look for it and the drivers I download are not compatible for Intel Xeon Silver

I would be very grateful if you could help me
