Does vSphere 6.0 support VM encryption?

I plan to implement VM encryption in current environment where VM is hosted by ESXi 6.0 and managed by vCenter 6.0 cluster. Does vSphere 6.0 support VM encryption? What components are required?

Do I have to upgrade the whole environment to 6.5 which brings VM encryption?
