As far as I understand, when 7.03a and 7.03b were released, they caused more issues, namely PSODs. Did 7.03c fix this issue?
I know that 3a and 3b fixed a PSOD issue (KB 86100) and 3c also fixes that issue. I'm wondering if 7.0.3c explicitly fixes the issues introduced by 3a and 3b.
