Disabling netqueue validation

I cannot find any information on how to tell if Netqueue is disabled on an ESXi host.  The output i sort of hard to decipher but since it has the word FALSE used twice I assume it is disabled.  There is also a TRUE in there which confuses me a little.  There is no documentation that tells me what this output means.

Does anyone know for sure if FALSE TRUE FALSE means netqueue is disabled?   Thank You

In the second screenshot it is disabled. The table if formatted correctly should look like:

netNetqueueEnabled     Bool     Enabled/DIsabled NetQueue support.

FALSE                            True     False
