Devices deprecated and unsupported in ESXi 7.0 - Skyline Health

A recent 'upgrade' to SkyLine Health now throws an alert of 'Devices deprecated and unsupported in ESXi 7.0', which then logs a yellow 'vSphere Health detected new issues in your environment' in the DataCenters (root) section of the Virtual Center.

The Virtual Center and all of the ESXi Hosts are at the latest release of 6.7U3.  Four of the ESXi nodes, to wit those being flagged in the above alert, are slated for retirement with zero plans to upgrade them to ESXi 7.  So there's really no problem here.

Is there a way to override / silence simple-information-items (that someone decided to flag as a yellow-level-issue) in vSphere 6.7U3?  I've seen the feature in vSphere 7.

At the moment I have a couple of Virtual Centers with a yellow alert, that I'm now ignoring, which may in fact mask future real problems.
